An 8-Week Somatic Healing
& Coaching Journey
A trauma-aware 8-week experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and sustainable change.
Each week includes two sessions held on separate days, one focused on somatic healing and breathwork, the other on coaching and integration. This structure allows the body to settle and release first, followed by insight and conscious understanding.
Introducing
Feeling on edge even when life looks fine - you’re doing okay on the surface, but inside your body feels like it’s still waiting for something to go wrong.
Feeling tired of “working on yourself” without feeling different - you understand yourself better than you used to, but day-to-day life still feels tense or draining.
Getting overwhelmed more easily than you used to - things you used to handle without much thought now feel heavier, faster, or harder to keep up with.
Shutting down, snapping, or overthinking without meaning to - you catch yourself reacting before you can stop it, then wondering why it keeps happening.
